Custom Window Folding Cartons for Brand
Our customer in Australia needed two printed folding cartons with clear windows, 500 pcs each. We quoted, made dielines, checked artwork, sampled, adjusted the structure, produced, and shipped by sea.
Customer sent two sizes: 185x135x20mm with a 120x100mm front window, and 200x170x30mm with two 130x60mm windows, a 50mm centre strip and 20mm border. Both were 500 pcs. We confirmed clear window, hanging style, and MOQ 500. She wanted a clean printed look for her shop.
At first, we sent our offer for both boxes separately. When Emma ordered 500 of each together, we worked out a better deal and included sea freight to Queensland, Australia.
We sent dielines for both boxes. Customer‘s first PDFs were AI mockups, not print-ready, so an artist made .ai/PDF files. We asked for missing fonts, checked the files, and noted the window image needed a small proofing adjustment. She changed the length from 130mm to 140mm.
Samples came out well and our customer loved them. We moved the gluing edge to the back and shifted the bottom flap behind the window so the product would cover it. After her approval, we started bulk production.
The boxes were finished and sent out in three cartons by sea. We shared photos, video, and tracking numbers. Customer paid the balance after the boxes were finished . Good ending for a folding carton job.That’s the kind of packaging case we like.
