You can think of it just like regular online shopping within your own country, except the delivery time is a bit longer. If you choose air shipping, it’s quite fast; sometimes it only takes 5 to 7 days to arrive. With 16 years of export experience, shipping to most countries and regions will not be a problem.

If you already have a shipping company you work with, that is okay. We will work with your agent to arrange pickup, prepare documents, and anything else needed.
Choose the best from the four shipping ways
When customers ask “how much is the shipping fee?”, they usually don’t know there are four different ways to send the customized paper boxes, and each way has a different cost. The customer can choose based on their own situation, and then the shipping fee is decided.
Sea Freight is cost-effective. It is ideal for large orders, for example, 1,000 or more boxes. The total shipping time is between 25 and 50 days, depending on the destination
Air Freight is a fast shipping option. It takes 5–10 days, which is good for urgent orders. The price is higher, usually about three times more expensive than sea shipping. It works well for sending samples, small batches, or products that need to be launched quickly.
Rail freight is faster than sea shipping and cheaper than air shipping. With a transit time of about 25–40 days (for example, from China to Europe), it uses the China-Europe Railway.
Main Five Different Shipping Terms
Ex-Works / EXW Price: This price is called the “factory price” (EXW). It does not include shipping costs. The customer needs to arrange to pick up the goods from our factory.
The customer authorizes their own freight forwarder to come to our factory and pick up the goods. Or request us to send the goods to the domestic collection warehouse. If we do this, the customer must pay the fee to enter the warehouse.
FOB Term(Free On Board), Under FOB terms, the customer appoints their own freight forwarder. We will send the goods to the port of shipment and complete the warehouse entry as required by the forwarder.
Also, we have to first obtain a quote for these charges(including warehouse entry fees, handling fees, documentation fees, etc.) from the appointed forwarder. After confirmation, this cost will be included in the final FOB quote provided to you.
CIF Term(Cost, Insurance, Freight), Our quotation is inclusive of local charges at the port of departure (such as warehouse entry and export handling fees), ocean freight from the port of loading to the port of destination, and basic cargo insurance.
Clients are responsible for arranging their own customs clearance procedures and appointing a reliable import agent. For U.S. customers, please note the following mandatory requirements: an import bond must be purchased and registered before shipment, and the Importer Security Filing (ISF) must be submitted before the vessel’s departure.
DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): The quoted DDU price covers all transportation costs to deliver the goods to the specified destination address. It does not include import duties or taxes.
To prevent unexpected costs or clearance delays, we will consult a freight forwarder to inquire about the applicable import duty rates and taxes based on the accurate HS (Harmonized System) code of your product.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid),This term is somewhat similar to DDU, but it includes all duties and taxes to the destination. Under DDP terms, the buyer only needs to await delivery at the designated location.
When goods are shipped on pallets and in large volumes, a dock-high platform is necessary to facilitate unloading from the truck/trailer.
