Custom Dimensions and Internal Layout
Sleeve box dimensions are made to order based on the length, width, and depth you provided. We offer a cutout foam insert or a paperboard tray to display the products. They work well for the products themselves and other accessories. Before production begins, CBMPrint provides a visual mockup drawn from your box specifications so you can review it. For the opening experience, we can have a soft ribbon pull or two half-moon cutouts on the sleeve that let you pull apart the two pieces.

The sleeve box is one variation of the telescope box, consisting of two pieces that slide open horizontally, with a box sleeve and a tray. This type is also called “slide box packaging.”

We go through the dieline and all print details with you. Then we send a high-res digital proof so you can see where the logo goes and how the colors will look
Once you approve the design, we make a physical sample. You get to check the material and see the finish. We will handle it if anything needs adjusting.
After you confirm the sample, we start mass production. Lead time is 12–18 days after deposit.
